This is Je’ssiah reading a passage for school purposes. He is a 1st grader. I think he did a wonderful job with his fluency, so does he.

Parent's Testimonial : Pandemic Pandemonium with a twist
“First I want to say Thank you for taking us into your family and giving the attention and patience that was needed in this crazy time.
I registered Michael into Palmetto Elementary for Pre K.
I decided that I needed a extra hand with his daily learning because remote was likely impossible (just my thoughts).
We started tutoring when school first started last year in August.
School was remotely and tutoring was twice a week physically. We stop logging on after two months I felt it was worthless. The teacher tried but I felt Michael was getting more information from Mrs Jones with Reading solution 101.
I listened to Mrs Jones requirements and what was needed as a parent from myself.
She worked with Michael as if he was one of her boys, Cool calm and aggressive ❤️
And I love how she didn’t baby him.
Michael isn’t shy and is always wanting to learn of course he had days that were not as productive however he pushed through.
Thanks to Mrs Jones he love to read he love going to her and he love learning. I think it’s important that the desire for more is needed from the child and definitely from the parents. I can go on and on about Mrs Jones with Reading solution 101!!! But the proof is in the children she has impacted. Michael is 5 and can read and recite 3rd grade words . I’m tooting your horn and giving you your flowers Mrs Jones! I can’t thank you enough. ”
